Experience

Dr. John Rich, Statistical and M&E services practice area team leader received his Ph.D. from Temple University in 2004. He is associate professor at Delaware State University, where he teaches the research design and modeling classes for the Psychology department.

He has been engaged in both domestic and international consulting work for over 14 years, including one long-term, in-country project with the Academy for Educational Development (AED) in Jordan. His primary strengths are in helping to design, implement and analyze research projects.
