Indicative past assignments include, for instance: Conducting focus groups and focus panels with SBA’s 8(a) program participants; conducting ethnographic interviews with MBDA clients; preparing case study profiles of small business exporters for the Commerce Department; conducting in-depth interviews to glean insights into a phenomenon; and workshop facilitations—for multiple clients.
